Sony announces that upcoming Sony PS4 titles, The Last of Us Part II and Iron Man VR have been delayed due to the current situation.
The Last of Us Part II Delayed
Both Sony and Naughty Dog have released statements today that share the news that the upcoming PS4 exclusive The Last of Us Part II has been delayed. Currently there is no updated release date, but the developer will keep everyone posted with an update when they know more. The delay is due to the current Covid-19 novel virus that has been disrupting development, and Naughty Dog has stated “logistics is beyond our control” which means they cannot realistically give further details at the moment of when we can expect the launch of The Last of Us Part II.
Update: SIE has made the difficult decision to delay the launch of The Last of Us Part II and Marvel’s Iron Man VR until further notice. Logistically, the global crisis is preventing us from providing the launch experience our players deserve.

Sony has also released a similar statement, updating fans that both The Last of Us Part II and Marvel’s Iron Man VR are both delayed until further notice. Hopefully the delays won’t be too long, but we will have to wait for further details from Sony.
